Delivery and Return Conditions

Once we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timeframe outlined below.

When shopping online, you can request that your products be delivered to your preferred address.

Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timeframes; this information will be specified in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, you can email us at info@bonaverte.com or call us at 0 533 500 53 96.

Products may sometimes be delivered separately, but in this case, you will not be required to pay an additional delivery fee. If you have ordered a product that will be out of stock for more than a week, it will be delivered to you via your chosen method once it is back in stock. We will notify you by email after your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if we determine that the address provided is unreliable (for example, a public postal address or a PO Box address). If this affects your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If no one is at the address when the courier calls, a "Not at Home" card will be left explaining how a second delivery will be made, without additional charge. However, additional fees may apply for a third delivery attempt.

As stated in the Distance Selling Agreement: “7.13 The maximum number of products that the Seller may purchase under this Agreement is three (3) products. No institution, organization or person other than the Seller and all other sellers authorized by the Seller has the right to sell any product belonging to the Seller. No product purchased by the Buyer through this website may be sold to third parties in any way whatsoever, nor may its sale be offered by any method. Purchased products may not be used for promotional or other commercial purposes, including but not limited to competitions and raffles. In case of breach of this provision by the Buyer, the Buyer accepts, declares and undertakes to pay the Seller a penalty equal to twice (2) the price of the product purchased from the Seller and sold to third parties. The payment of the penalty amount does not prejudice the Seller's right to claim compensation for damages incurred due to breach of the Agreement.”

Delivery timeframes:

Orders received by our system begin to be prepared within 1 week and are delivered to our contracted shipping companies within 25 business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Orders received through our system are delivered to addresses in the city center by our contracted shipping company within 1-3 business days. (Delivery times may vary in districts.)

Deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays.

Return Conditions

You have 14 days from the date you receive your products to return your order.

When you decide to return the product, it must be sent back in its original box and with all its contents intact, ensuring the packaging is undamaged and all accessories and parts are complete.

To receive a full refund, all merchandise purchased as part of the product, including all accessories, headwear, or promotional gifts that came with the product, must be returned.

We may be unable to deliver in force majeure situations such as states of emergency or natural disasters. You will be contacted.
